In our seminars and consulting projects with hotels we have identified a clear need in the industry to better educate the people who take revenue management decisions in hotels. The information and data that is to be analyzed is getting more complex each year, so the job of the person who has to process it all into a pricing strategy and calculated actions is getting tougher and tougher.
We have therefore implemented a revenue management simulation program. It allows us to teach revenue management in a realistic environment. You will learn by trial and error. It is really hands on. Hotel managers will be able to learn how to take all this information, transform it into data which can be analyzed, identify key elements and present everything in a more convincing way. This way hotel revenue committee's will be able to make better informed decissions and take strategic action steps to improve their results.
The revenue management simulation training goes through 2 years of hotel operations. Just imagine in only 2 days you can learn what a revenue manager of a busy hotel experiences over two years. This hands on approach is simply the best way to bring your revenue management skills to a higher level.
We will not just be managing revenue in the traditional sense, but managing total revenue, from pricing and distribution, to operating profit and return on investment and everything in between. Here the highlights of what you will be covering:
The Xotels revenue management simulation program is powered by REVsim™. It is currently being used by leading international hotel chains to train their junior as well as more experienced regional revenue managers, sales managers, rooms division managers and general managers. Key Hotel Schools and Universities also use the revenue management simulation program. We offer public courses and well as in-house or in-company solutions for hotel chains. This fall we offer public seminars in 5 locations in Europe;
It does not get more practical or hands on then this!
