2010 Hotel Management Training Courses Launched
Following the success of 3 years of hotel management training on topics like revenue management, online distribution, internet marketing and travel 2.0, Xotels has launched its 2010 training course program for Europe.
‘We are very excited about our training program in 2010. We have recently added some new seminars to our European training program, which have been received well by hoteliers. The new hotel distribution training and revenue management simulation course have been very successful and will be our main focus in 2010.’ states Patrick Landman of Xotels.His colleague Remko West adds, ‘Even though 2009 has been a year of global economic challenges for the hotel and tourism industry, we only have noticed a small decline in participation of our revenue management training courses. Our loyal clients have continued to come. When asked the most common reasons for not passing on our seminars this year were the high level of expertise of our team and the creative ideas and tips from our brainstorming sessions.’
‘We are already noticed an increase in spending on training by hotels in the last 2 months. We foresee this to continue in 2010 as hotel management and owners are seeing it pays off. ROI is becoming the focus on education and development of the team, not so much cost.’ Patrick Landman finishes.
