  • Languages: EN + ES/NL/FR
  • Level: entry level position, or with 1 years of hotel tech sales experience

Mission of The Role

Responsible for sales of our hotel revenue management software to hotels.

Scope of The Role

  • Identify new prospects
  • Follows up on qualified leads and provides demos
  • Achieves assigned targets for profitable sales growth
  • Set up and training of new customers on the use of our hotel revenue management solution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Core Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build an efficient outbound qualified leads prospect base
  • Follow up and close on inbound leads
  • Update and efficiently use our CRM
  • Provide weekly sales and activity reports
  • Take care of all demo requests by prospects
  • Set up of any new customers
  • Resolve any customer issues
  • Prepare and successfully participate in trade shows, industry and professional events
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Experience and qualifications

  • Entry level position, but previous sales / business development experience is a plus
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset
  • Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Spanish work visa
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems is a plus
  • Computer literate with good level of Excel, Powerpoint and Word as well as entire Google Suite
  • Most importantly we are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who recognizes himself in this role
