This ratio allows revenue managers to measure more than just the \u201cAverage Room Rate\u201d or <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/arr-average-room-rate\">ARR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With this insight, the focus can be put on maximising the revenue per bed rather than only by room.
