When segmented into Fenced Rates, the process of rate-setting becomes a lot simpler.<\/p>\n<p>Types of Fenced Rates can include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-refundable reservations<\/li>\n<li>Non-cancellable reservations<\/li>\n<li>Advanced purchase reservations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By setting Fenced Rates, a <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/hotel\">hotel<\/a> can often sell more rooms in advance.
