It is a local <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/hotel\">hotel<\/a> administration system used for reservation, <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/availability\">availability<\/a> and <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/occupancy-rate\">occupancy<\/a> management, check-in\/out, images, guest profiles, report generation etc. This application is used in-house (in an individual hotel) to control the onsite <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/property\">property<\/a> activities.<\/p>\n<p>The PMS can be connected with other applications such as the hotel point-of-sale (POS) or the <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/en\/glossary\/crs-central-reservations-system\">CRS<\/a>.
