Es un software de reserva computarizado que se usa para mantener la informaci\u00f3n del hotel, el <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/es\/glosario\/inventario\">inventario<\/a> de habitaciones y las tarifas, para administrar la reserva y el proceso. Un CRS proporciona tarifas de habitaciones de hotel y disponibilidad para muchos canales de distribuci\u00f3n diferentes, como <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/es\/glosario\/gds-sistema-de-distribucion-global\">GDS<\/a>, IBE, <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/es\/glosario\/ota-agencia-de-viajes-en-linea\">OTA<\/a>, sitios web de terceros, etc.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente, es una aplicaci\u00f3n con varias funcionalidades para gestionar la distribuci\u00f3n \/ reservas de un hotel. Tambi\u00e9n podemos llamarlo un sistema de distribuci\u00f3n de base de datos, ya que el CRS de un hotel transfiere datos a los canales de distribuci\u00f3n. De esta forma, los hoteles pueden llegar a los viajeros y a los gerentes de viajes a escala global. Las reservas se realizan a trav\u00e9s de varias fuentes (<a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/es\/glosario\/ota-agencia-de-viajes-en-linea\">OTA<\/a>, agencias de viajes, IBE en el sitio web del hotel), y todas las fuentes de reservas aparecer\u00e1n en el sistema a trav\u00e9s de las interfaces.<\/p>\n<p>Sus funciones principales son: Administraci\u00f3n de asignaciones de habitaciones (de propiedades individuales y cadenas hoteleras), as\u00ed como control y monitoreo de tarifas y disponibilidad en los canales de distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un CRS es beneficioso para un hotel porque permite que las reservas se revisen y reserven con una simple b\u00fasqueda. Tambi\u00e9n permite a los gerentes de ingresos o gerentes de oficina ajustar f\u00e1cilmente los precios correspondientes a la <a class=\"glossary-only-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xotels.com\/es\/glosario\/demanda\">demanda<\/a> de m\u00faltiples canales de distribuci\u00f3n y platfroms al mismo tiempo.
