A la tasa contratada, un agente puede reservar la \u00faltima habitaci\u00f3n que tiene un hotel disponible, por derecho. Algunas personas pueden sorprenderse al pensar que un hotel tiene el control total sobre las decisiones de reserva de habitaciones en sus instalaciones, en todo momento.
