Les chambres \u00e0 \u00abUsage Domestique\u00bb ou celles occup\u00e9es par les employ\u00e9s ou la direction de l\u2019h\u00f4tel sont exclues car elles ne sont pas disponibles \u00e0 la vente et ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas de revenus.
