What is the meaning / definition of Adult Only Resort?
Resort targeted towards couples and groups who wish to have a romantic or relaxing holiday. The hotels are only available for guests above the age of 18.
The hotels cater towards an older audience which allows them to specify their service accordingly, such as more exclusive dining options etc. This is a way for adults to get away from cold cities and / or busy cities, and have some rest in a peaceful atmosphere with other like-minded guests. All the facilities, as well as all the small details and comforts, are designed with adults in mind. The adult-only concept can apply to various other hotel types including boutique hotels, B&Bs, and other lodging accommodations.
