A campsite is an outdoor area designated for campers to have an overnight stay.

The facilities provided at Camping-sites vary greatly. With some basically providing none, or just the bare necessities such as a toilet and washing area. To others, offering a more comfortable experience, with all sorts of facilities such as a pools, community areas and restaurants. People who stay at a campsite are usually referred to as campers. Campers will typically bring camping equipment and essentials needed for their stay, such as tents, sleeping bags and etc.
