Looking back, 2013 has been a very successful year for Xotels. We have expanded our portfolio up to 23 hotels (44% growth). Some unique concepts have joined our hotel management group. We have also moved in the North America, with a property in Miami Beach. As you can imagine, very exciting times at Xotels …
But before we look any further at Xotels milestones, we would like to thank our amazing clients. We are very fortunate to be able to manage such a diverse collection of great hotels. The uniqueness of you hotel concepts contributes a lot to the success we are achieving together. Your openness to change and improvement of guest service is a key element in this as well.
Together with our clients we opened 4 new hotels this year, 2 of which made it into the renowned design magazine Wallpaper as innovative low cost hotel concepts. 2 hotels underwent a soft refurbishment, and from one hotel we removed the chain flag and re-positioned it as an independent property. And just recently we added a property in one of our long time home markets, Barcelona. Quite a busy year as you can see.

2014 is also looking to be a promising year. 2 new hotel openings have already been confirmed on the schedule, and we are looking at a few more.
